The Law of One, also known as the Ra Material, is a series of channeled messages from a non-human intelligence named Ra. The messages were channeled by a group of three individuals in the 1980s and cover a wide range of topics, including philosophy, spirituality, metaphysics, and extraterrestrial life.

The central premise of the Law of One is that all things in the universe are interconnected and part of a unified consciousness or "oneness". The Law of One posits that this oneness is the ultimate reality and that everything that exists is a part of this larger whole. According to the Law of One, individuals can tap into this oneness through the development of their own consciousness and awareness.

The Law of One also discusses the concept of evolution of consciousness, where individuals progress from lower levels of consciousness to higher levels of awareness. It states that this evolution is a natural process and that it can be accelerated through spiritual practices such as meditation, service to others, and seeking the truth.

The Law of One has gained a following among individuals interested in spirituality and metaphysics, and its teachings have been interpreted in various ways by different individuals and groups. Some view it as a valuable source of wisdom and insight, while others are skeptical of its claims and origins.
