I found my entrepreneurial passion through residential real estate in 2007 and worked as the right hand man to a top producing agent selling over $50 Million a year in homes sales. I led our overall marketing strategy which included networking events, content strategy, social media, paid ads, branding, and team management. In 2012 I bought our first drone to take aerial photography of a luxury ocean front listing, the response we got was overwhelming and before I knew it, realtors in my office were asking me to take the same aerial pictures for them. Today, Above Media has evolved into a end to end media production house that empowers realtors with the tools and knowledge they need to grow their influence, impact, and income with online video. The real estate industry is at a pivotal point in time. Companies like Zillow, Redfin, and many other online platforms are poised to start taking massive market share. I truly believe nothing compares to the relationship built over a handshake, however the internet has fundamentally changed the way buyers and sellers approach their real estate needs.
