TRIGGER WARNING: This conversation is deeply moving and a testament to the power of vulnerability and perseverance. It also contains potentially triggering topics including PTSD, suicide & childbirth & post-natal trauma, so if you’d rather not hear about those topics, you might want to give this one a miss.

Today, I'm joined by Louise Thompson, a woman with an incredible story of resilience and strength. You might know Louise as a TV personality or online star focused on wellness & fitness, but over the last 5 years, her life has been turned upside down by a series extremely traumatic events. Her experience is a raw and honest account of the challenges she endured, from battling PTSD to navigating the complexities of recovery, both mentally and physically. I can't thank her enough for joining me.
