Ep. 122 How To Get Rid of Self Doubt & Achieve Your Dreams With Maya Raichoora

Ep. 122 How To Get Rid of Self Doubt & Achieve Your Dreams With Maya Raichoora

Author: Grace Beverley January 20, 2025 Duration: 57:30

We’ve done rebranding (planning for 2025), we’ve done discipline (actually sticking to your routine), and so the third and final part of the new year mini series is all about getting yourself in the right mental state to be able to achieve those new shiny goals you set for yourself.

I discovered Maya a few months ago, and loved her approach to mental fitness as something we actually work on & train, compared to just talking about our ‘mental health’ as something we all have. So this episode is essentially a free session with a renowned brain coach, we did guided visualisations (permission to lol at my meditation face), she taught me how to mentally rehearse like Venus Williams & also said the best advice quote I think we’ve ever had in 122 episodes, hope you love it!
