Kayla Itsines reveals all: selling for $400m, starting a new chapter & pregnancy after loss

I genuinely think 18 year old me would be in complete disbelief that this episode exists.

So for some context for anyone who hasn't been here for 10 years, Kayla Itsines is the reason I started this Instagram account at all, I literally had “Kayla” in my username because my page was dedicated to doing her guide. In a weird way, everything that came after that was a complete snowball effect into what I do now, and what my life looks like, so getting to sit down with her felt very, very full circle.

I really wanted this conversation to go deeper than just the "Bikini Body Guide" era and how quickly it grew. We get into success, what it means to be thrust into it so young, what it does to the people around you, and how you navigate big life moments in the public eye. We also speak about pregnancy loss and pregnancy after loss in a way neither of us have really shared online before, as well as her decision to fully reacquire Sweat after selling it for $400 million in 2021.

This is honestly one of my favourite episodes we’ve ever recorded and I feel so grateful to Kayla for not only rearranging a flight to make it happen, but also being so open and honest with me. What a woman.
