The rise of the digital age is presented as a time of untold possibilities. The time in which mankind stands on the threshold of unimaginable growth and prosperity. Even within our lifetimes we have seen the interconnectivity of communications technologies and reduced transportation times. Essentially it has provided mankind with a level of convenience never before seen before. Yet despite all these fantastic benefits there remains a niggling feeling that something could go terribly wrong. That our sense of comfort, satisfaction and ease will come with a cost. Up until now that cost seemed to be isolated to the physical and cognitive ream of our world. Yet we are now facing a new frontier, the digital age and the spiritual combined...   J.J Abrams is quoted as saying - "I do think there's something about the digital age that is increasingly dehumanising us.
