011 Minutes Away

011 Minutes Away

Author: Gabriel Grimes May 16, 2019 Duration: 14:47

When seconds count, the police are minutes away.

I'm not casting any aspersions towards the police. As a former police officer, I feel I can say with confidence that the average police officer strongly desires to stop crime and catch the "bad guy". But the reality is that the police aren't everywhere at all times.

On an good day with the police right around the corner, their response time is 4 minutes. In a national average it's 12. Check out this article from A Secure Life and tell me what you think. Not very comforting, right?

So what does that leave us? What can we do? what should we do.

Listen and find out.
