RTBF Viva Cité - Charleroi

VivaCité Charleroi is the Hainaut edition of VivaCité, RTBF's companion station for French-speaking Belgium. Around the network's common spine - adult pop, personality shows and rolling news - the Charleroi feed adds the regional layer that matters locally: news from the Pays de Charleroi, Hainaut affairs and the football talk that follows the region's clubs through the Jupiler Pro League season.

As one of several VivaCité regional decrochages - alongside Brussels, Liège, Namur, Luxembourg and Brabant wallon - the station lets listeners in the country's industrial south hear themselves on the radio: local morning coverage, regional guests and the CAP48 charity marathon with its own Hainaut reporting.

The 160 kbps MP3 stream on RTBF's professional platform opens in any web player or radio app, taking the sound of the region to Carolos far from home and to anyone curious about Belgian provincial radio. Free public-service web radio - a live listen online, from Charleroi to the world.
