Radio Reflex

Radio Reflex covers Mechelen, Boom and the Rupelstreek - the Flemish corridor between Antwerp and Brussels - and has done so long enough to celebrate thirty years on air. Its core is regional news: an active editorial team files daily items from Mechelen, Zemst, Willebroek, Bornem and the villages between.

The news agenda is granular in the best local tradition - police actions, municipal decisions, school projects, shop openings and volunteer meet-ups - published on the site beside the live stream and playlist. Medewerkers pages, a documented history of buildings and frequencies, and radio events complete the community-station picture, with pop music as the connective tissue between the bulletins.

The MP3 stream opens in any web player or radio app, keeping the Rupelstreek's own frequency within reach for regional listeners wherever work or life has taken them. Free regional web radio - a live listen online, Mechelen's own frequency.
