About RADIO BRABANT
Radio Brabant was a French-language webradio that carried the Brabant name - the old Belgian province that history split into Flemish and Walloon halves - and programmed the decades catalogue: 80s, 90s and 2000s hits with disco classics woven right through.
The station ran on Pro-FHI stream hosting, the infrastructure of choice for small French webradios, with its home on the Generation Tubes site - a hobby-project scale that left little trace beyond directory listings, a logo and a genre map that promised one nostalgic hit after another. Stations of this kind live and die with their founders: simple to launch, cheap to run, quietly switched off when life intervenes.
What remains is the archive: the name, the decades it served and its place in the Belgian web-radio landscape of its era. Classic decades web radio - a listen online should the frequency ever return.
