Warm

Warm has been making Liège's airwaves vibrate since 2004 - a radio spécialisée dans la musique électronique, or as its bilingual slogan puts it, Your daily prescription of Electronic Music. The prescription metaphor runs through everything: electronic music as medicine, administered daily.

Distribution matches the doctor's orders: FM and DAB+ across Liège, and streaming everywhere else - 320 kbps on the station's own Icecast servers, a full-quality feed that suits the genre's textures. The site displays the current track, the current show and what comes next, with a pop-up player for keeping the dose running in the background.

For a scene city like Liège - Belgium's techno capital by reputation - a dedicated electronic station is less luxury than infrastructure, and Warm has held that position for over two decades. Free electronic web radio - a live listen online, the prescription renewed daily since 2004.
