Radio Forro needs no subtitle: the name is the genre, and the genre is the accordion-and-zabumba heartbeat of the Brazilian Northeast. The station is part of the Grupo Cordeiro Franca family in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, Pernambuco, where its sisters split the dial by genre and Forro owns the Northeastern corner.
