Rádio Som Brega

Radio Som Brega broadcasts from Manaus, Amazonas, and its own description says exactly what it does: twenty-four hours a day of the best brega selection, to cradle memories and hearts, with the songs you once danced to. The studio sits on Rua Santa Tereza D'Avilla in the Nova Cidade district.

Brega - the romantic, melodramatic popular style Brazil learned to love without apologizing - fills the dial: classic hits and newer productions, with a WhatsApp line taking requests straight to the studio. Directory reviews read like testimonials: a true trip to the past, listeners write, recalling the beautiful moments of their lives through the station's selections.

For the Amazonas brega faithful and the far-flung Manaus diaspora, the stream keeps the memories one click away. Free web radio to listen online, around the clock and across the distance.
