101.7 WSFM

101.7 WSFM is the classic hits station of Sydney, part of the ARN Gold network and known on air as GOLD101.7. The station began in 1978 as 2WS in western Sydney, before moving to 101.7 FM in 1993 and becoming WSFM. The promise is good times and great classic hits: the big songs of the 70s, 80s and 90s that the city grew up with, played without interruption through the workday, one familiar chorus after another.

The station is anchored by one of the longest-running breakfast partnerships in Australian radio: Jonesy and Amanda - Brendan Jones and Amanda Keller - who have opened the day on 101.7 for two decades - Amanda Keller is also a familiar face on Australian television - with a mix of humor and easy conversation. Beyond the FM signal, the station streams live online, so the classic hits and the breakfast show follow listeners anywhere.
