Two recent guests of All About Fitness, Tony Gentilcore and Dr. Jay Dawes, experienced calf injuries and achilles tears that took months to recover from. These are two intelligent, well-respected fitness professionals who each experienced the same debilitating injury that is very common among active adults. Here's the thing, if you listen to this podcast, you ARE NOT allowed to have this kind of injury. My job is to inform you how to remain injury free so that you can exercise and train to enjoy all of your favorite activities.
