Mix Perth 94.5

Mix 94.5 is the adult hits station of Perth, Western Australia, and for decades one of the most-listened radios in the city, often topping the local ratings. The music policy is in the name: a mix of the best songs from the 80s to today - pop and rock favorites with enough current material to keep it fresh, aimed at listeners who want familiar songs without heavy talk.

The station wraps the music in a very local package: a big breakfast show, Perth news, traffic and weather, and the contests and community events that commercial radio in Australia does at full volume. Perth keeps its own time zone, two hours behind the east coast, and is the most isolated big city in the world, and Mix 94.5 has long been part of its daily routine. The station streams live online, so the Perth mix is available well beyond Western Australia.
