Let's be honest, self-quarantine is pretty much a drag. But it's neither a time to go completly off the rails on your health and life, or a time to go manic trying to stay uber busy and being ridiculoulsy "productive" as many of the dudes yelling at you in sponsored IG ads would have you believe. The best solution, as is almost always the case,  falls somewhere directly in the middle. So in this episode of the Health By Design podcast, I'm giving you my top 10 tips to pass the time,  get creative, and just maybe even be in a better place life or career wise with all this new found time once this is all over.
