In every aspect of our lives we deal with the environments we are in. Literally anything outside of your body is your environment; what you see, hear, smell, touch, speak to, how you react, and what prompts you to take action, or refrain from taking action. Your environments are the MOST powerful influence on your behaviors, and they can strongly push you towards success or failure. 

Yet many people do not do anything even close to what they could when it comes to empowering their personal spaces, particularly your home. However, that's all going to change now. One of my favourite topics is designing spaces that work for you and for any, and ALL goals you may have, health, fitness or otherwise.
