ÖPNV auf dem Land ist schlimm. So denken wenigstens viele in Deutschland. Aber wie schaut es eigentlich in Grenzregionen aus ? Komm mit auf eine Reise im fluo-Schienenersatzverkehrsbus* auf der Fahrt von Darmstadt ins Elsass und an die Moselle ! *\* In diesem Bus gilt eine Reservierungspflicht auf Strecken westlich von Chateau-Thierry* Zwischen Deutschland und Frankreich fahren verschiedene lustige Verkehrsmittel : - Bekannt und renommiert : ICEs nach Paris und TGVs nach Frankfurt, Stuttgart, München und Freiburg, - Regionalbahnen und Regionalexpresse bzw. TER-Linien in fragwürdigem Takt, - Eine S-Bahn (wobei nur eine Seite der Grenze davon weiß), - Ein Tram-Train, - Eine Straßenbahn mit Grenzkontrollen und - Ein paar Busse Viel mehr ÖPNV auf beiden Seiten endet aber genau *vor* der Grenze. Unser Schienenersatzverkehrsbus bringt uns auf eine Reise durch - Fahrpläne, - sinnlose Prestige- und Marketingprojekte - fragwürdigen Wettbewerb, - schief gelaufene Ausschreibungen, - modernen und weniger modernen Fuhrpark, - Fahrgastrechte ... und die alltäglichen Absurditäten als ÖPNV-Ultra\*in in einer Region, wo dieser kaum existiert, immer näher an die Frage, warum mein Bus meistens *vor* der Grenze endet - und überhaupt, warum da ein Bus fährt, wenn daneben Gleise liegen. *Diese Fahrt endet heute außerplanmäßig in Apach(Moselle).
