Its a way of making peace with food and recovering from the chronic dieting mentality associated with depriving yourself from food groups.  This method was created by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995 and relies heavily on instinct, emotion and being more mindful of our thoughts.    How to start? Ditch the diet mindset.
