Hey Guys,

Today kicks off the 3-day fridge reset, and we're starting with the easiest possible win: the fridge door.
This episode walks you through clearing the door in a way that feels simple, calm, and actually doable — no overthinking, no perfection, and definitely no shame about your condiment situation.

You don't need a plan.
You don't need motivation.
You just need a trash bag, 10–15 minutes, and someone (me) talking you through the steps so you don't have to think about what you're doing.
