THE R&B ROOM #8

Behind the decks and in the studio, DJ PrimeTime is where the music comes together. Hosted by the artist known as MASHUP KING, this podcast is a direct line into the creative process of a working DJ, producer, and songwriter. Each episode is built from a love for craft, featuring original productions, fresh mashups, and tracks that are in the works. The focus is on the journey of getting projects out into the world and the collaborative spirit that drives music forward. You'll hear the sounds that inspire new ideas and the rhythms that form the backbone of upcoming sets. It’s an invitation into the studio to listen as tracks evolve, sometimes solo and often through conversations and collaborations with other producers and artists. The goal is simple: to make history through sound, one session at a time. Tune in for a raw, authentic look at the life of a musician building a catalog and connecting beats with people. This podcast is for anyone curious about how music is made, from the first beat to the final master, straight from the source.
