Flight 14 can still become the first true orbital Starship return test. Could SpaceX send the ship around Earth multiple times and land it in the Gulf as a full rehearsal for a future return to Starbase?An offshore landing could preserve most of the return profile while protecting the tower, launch mount, and pad infrastructure.
