Tonisia Billups is a running coach certified with Road Runners Club of America, and an ambassador for Black Girls Run!Tonisia, however, has created her own challenges to help keep herself physically active to include a 40 to 40 challenge, which consisted of completing 40 official races within 12mths, from her 39th Birthday to help user in her 40th birthday, to taking on more universal challenges like the 50 States Club, 7 Continents Club, and completing the World Majors Marathons 6th Stars. Learn how she did it on this weeks Episode.
