Robert Reich is the visionary founder of NextDeal, a company he launched in 2001 that revolutionized the title industry with its innovative technologies and services. In 2003, he introduced DigitalDocs, a pioneering product offering automated marketing solutions that were unprecedented in the title industry at the time. His commitment to innovation continued with the creation of preDOCS in 2016, a "smart portal" designed to streamline pre-closing documentation for homeowners, enhancing efficiency and security for settlement agents. Robert’s vision for his customers to be first to know when a past homeowner was returning to the market was realized in 2010 through his “Instant Business Alerts” technology, solving the lack of repeat business challenges most title agents and real estate professionals experience. With a robust background in sales and marketing spanning over 25 years, Robert's journey began as an account executive, evolving into a trusted consultant for real estate professionals nationwide. His expertise in real estate, sales, and marketing has made him a sought-after speaker at various industry conferences, where he shares actionable insights to drive marketing success and sales growth. Robert's influence extends beyond live presentations; he was the voice behind the popular pre-COVID podcast, "U Heard Me!" on winmarketshare.com, attracting thousands of subscribers from the title industry and offering valuable discussions on a range of topics, from regulatory changes to technological advancements and sales strategies. After successfully exiting NextDeal in 2020, Robert embarked on a new chapter with Voxtur Analytics and Settlement Services as their VP of Technology, in 2023. In this role, Robert returns to the industry with advanced technologies focused on real estate professionals and investors, to significantly reduce closing costs and increase deal flow.
