Matthew D. Taylor draws on more than two decades of leadership in both public service and real estate. A former 20‑year director of a large Health and Human Services Agency in Ventura County—where he also served as a federal grant writer, project manager and power contract negotiator—Matthew transitioned into residential real estate over 21 years ago. Since then he has excelled in resale and new home sales, earning recognition as Agent of the Month, Top Ten Agent of the Year and #1 in closed transactions, and he has taught aspiring agents as a certified instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. A former associate broker with Mandalay Homes, Matthew specializes in luxury, golf and resort‑style properties, custom homes and equestrian estates. Licensed in multiple states and now focused on California, he is also a coach, trainer and mentor, holding designations including ABR, SRS, MRP, GRI, CDPE, NHS and RCC.
