Creating a Shift in Our Routines & How We Can Prioritize Self Care

Author: Tracey Benson August 25, 2020 Duration: 23:46

In today’s episode, I share how these shifts have affected me and some of my clients’, why recognizing what brings us joy is so important in keeping a steady routine, and why practicing gratitude is necessary and can be accessed by everyone, no matter what our personal circumstances may be.
