Episode- Gratitude for Others - We are All Miracles

We came into the world as a survivor and a miracle.  A spark of stardust.  And in that beautiful instant others were coming into the world at the exact same time. A shared moment the second you came to be.

By acknowledging and cultivating gratitude for the presence, support and connections with others  you will open the door for more abundance to enter your life.  Gratitude, sent out, cultivates and rewards us with a deeper connection with the world and with others.
 

Podcast Overview and Daily Routine:
We are all looking for a sense of calm, peace and balance, a way to relax and navigate the demands of life, aren’t we?   Meditations and affirmations are for more than just depression and anxiety.  This ancient practice improves our attention, concentration and overall health and well-being. 

These meditations are structured with a full day in mind - divided into a morning, midday and evening meditation at specific timestamps to revisit throughout the day.  (Listen for the bells to signal the end of one segment and the beginning of the next.) 

(00:00) Start each day with mindfulness meditations and affirmations that open each new day with clarity, energy and focus. 

To skip the introduction if you have been with us before skip ahead to time stamp 2:20 for the beginning of todays episode and practice at time stamp 4:44

(Timestamp 11:11) Pause and reflect on mid-day affirmations to reward positive self-regard, enhance self-processing and stimulate efficiency and motivation.  Your aspirations become clear, actionable and achievable.  

(Timestamp 18:18) Invite peace and calm into the evening hours, the end of your dayallowing your worried brain to settle and prevent ruminating about what was or could be. Focus on what you allow into your mind while you drift off to sleep.
