This episode was recorded from Swami's Yoga Retreat centre in Kenthurst NSW. I loved every moment learning and being in this retreat space and I am so excited to get to host a retreat there in the coming months. 

Stepping out of the comfort zone at any point can feel awful and we can feel a lot of resistance to taking the step we know we want or need to. This episode is here to help find courage when you truly need it. Whenever you know you need to take a step out of your 'normal' but you are stuck in the fear of doing it - this is the episode to come to. With the use of these affirmations - you will bring self confidence and self trust into the present. With continued use of this episode, you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to go to "I can" instead of "I can't". Let's start building self confidence and self love!

You can use this affirmation in meditation or while you're going about you're day.
