What a big week. There has been a huge energetic shift after the recent COVID break outs and a lot of fear has started to come back in many of our lives. The whole world has been being through so much and individually we have gone through so so so much. While I do believe many parts of the Earth and pieces in humanity are healing through this - the fear, stress, anxiety and worry that is happening on the side of that is affecting our health, mental health and daily wellbeing.

All of this falls on our sense of safety, our sense of security and understanding. Many people are no fearing how real their sense of control is over their own lives. This is so overwhelming and exhausting collectively.

We need to bring back the laughter, the smiles, the love and the trust in these moments. 
This episode is to help you and anyone else that needs to reprogram their fear. These affirmations are in my opinion some of the strongest affirmations for regaining your sense of safety, security and control.

As always, affirmations need to be repeated to have strong affect on the brain. So come back every time you feel the fear.
