In this episode we are beginning to explore the Chakra System. The Chakras are over 4000 years old and have been used in self healing for many many years in Eastern philosophy. 
I have been studying the Chakras deeply for a year and a half now and using it for my own healing and for client healing so I wanted to share a little taster of the Chakra System with you today before we dive into a 7 week Chakra series! 

The Eastern Philosophy of healing/how the body works and modern science is really beginning to line up which is very exciting. Learning to utilise these ancient systems for healing/balance as well as Modern Medicine is a beautiful gift we all can learn about and start using.

I dive briefly  into each Chakra and discuss simple ways to bring more awareness to your body's energy system and use that for daily self healing.
