In this 10 Minutes of Magic Episode, you make the decision to love and respect your body for exactly what it is right now. 

We are all requesting so much from our bodies. We are last on our priority list, we rarely take care of ourselves, we avoid the mirror, we judge ourselves for how we think, what our body looks like and even the way we express ourselves. 

This is an exhausting relationship to have with yourself.
More than that, it is a dangerous relationship to have with yourself.

You and your body are in this life together. You only have each other and you need each other to survive. Your health, your happiness, your self love, your life experience/s, your relationships, your self worth - all of this is related to and a product of your relationship with yourself.

We need to start developing beautiful, loving, supportive, respectful, caring and joyful relationships with ourselves. This episode will help you develop this relationship with self.

Repeat the affirmations after me either in a meditation, while falling asleep or going about your day. Come back to this episode, especially when you're having a 'bad day'.
