Welcome to Madison Mindset the Podcast!

Throughout the next 7 weeks, we will be exploring the 7 main energy centres in the body. The Chakra system is over 4000 years old and has been used in healing in eastern philosophy for (obviously) a long long LONG time! 

Modern science is beginning to line up with the eastern healing philosophy which is incredibly exciting and brings more faith to us about how bodies ability to self heal and maintain itself.

In this episode we will be exploring Root Chakra - the first of the 7 main chakras.

We will be exploring why it is the colour that it is, the sound frequency of the chakras, what its function is, how it becomes out of balance and how we can balance Root Chakra.

As I describe what it looks like to be out of balance in this energy centre, you may feel very connected to that and see yourself/how you regularly feel reflected in that - if so, I recommend taking action on balancing your Root Chakra. Using any of the advice I provide throughout this episode, you may feel called to send me a message via instagram/email OR we can set up a Reiki/Energy healing session (distant or in person). This is something I use regularly for self healing as well as the healing of my clients. I am here for you - all is well 🙏🏼🦋
