In this episode we are beginning the dive into the intuitive realm. The part of you that KNOWS beyond what the physical eyes, senses and brain can know. The part of you that wants to help guide you and your soul along your human experience. It is also referred to as the 'gut feeling' or 'internal knowing'. Unfortunately, it is also the part of us we are taught to overlook, ignore and to completely disconnect from.

This connection between you and your intuition is vital for living a life full of health, happiness and purpose. Especially as teenagers, we are taught that what we feel/know without logical reason is nonsense. So we begin to lack trust in ourselves and our internal knowing and we lack clarity in direction and decision making.

So much of what we feel including the brain fog, lack of clarity, fear, uncertainty, struggling to make a decision and lack of direction - is due to our disconnection to our internal source of information. Once you connect in with this place - life becomes that little bit easier.

The trick is to come home to that place inside of you that already knows and decide to lean into it. To trust it and to begin to build a relationship with your third-eye chakra.

In this episode, we chat all things third-eye including the modern science connections, the balanced/unbalanced versions of third-eye and how to reawaken/open your third-eye chakra.
