Welcome back to '10 Minutes of Magic' (a slightly longer version of 10 Minutes of Magic).

This week I talk about your shadow self and shadow work. I explain what your shadow self actually is, what 'do your shadow work' means and how to start EMBRACING the Shadow parts of you.

Remember, your shadow self is NOT A NEGATIVE THING!
You shadow self is a beautiful story, memories and part lives continuing to live through you. Working with/through your shadow self, embracing those unconscious sides of you and 'doing your shadow work' is how we become aware of any old/limiting beliefs that are holding us back. It is how we let go of past stories, traumas and beliefs so that we can create new, empowering stories that will serve us better than the old.

If you have been on the self growth journey and/or have been on the path of 'leveling up' or 'becoming the next version of yourself' and you are finding it difficult... (more difficult then what it is anyway!) 😄
This may be your Shadow Self showing up, calling for you and waiting for you to embrace those hidden parts of yourself so that you can have the freedom you need to create those new, magical life experiences/achievements!
