 THANK YOU for tuning in for another beautiful 10 Minutes of Magic Episodes. These short episodes are practical - they encourage you to take a time out, sit down and breath, affirm, pause and meditate. 
My theme this week for teaching, content creation and just being a human in general is Inner Peace. The more peaceful we learn to be on the inside, the more we will see that peace reflect back at us from the outside. It is important to take this time to calm our inner world so that we send that calm frequency out into the world for others to feel and begin to embody. This is no easy task. And that's okay.

Smile and listen to this episode as many times as you need to help you rediscover your natural state - inner peace.
