Get ready for a beautiful 10 minute meditation to help you cultivate gratitude. This is a very calming guided meditation so make sure you're in a calm space where you will not be interrupted. This is not the episode for you if you are going about your day or driving. 

We spend most of our daily lives waiting for good feelings to find us, we are waiting for success to come, for better to come and are too busy chasing our desires wanting more and more and more to even notice how incredible our lives are right now. 

Gratitude is now. We can be happy and in love with our lives right now. Everything that you currently are and currently have is for you. You made your life what it is right now. You are incredible and so is your life. The time to be grateful is right now. This meditation is a great way to let go of all the stress, the worry and the TRYING to have more or be better. Take some time for you, to let go of the old and welcome in gratitude.
