It knows who you are, it knows why your here, it knows what decision to make, it knows what is right, it knows what the next step for you is, it knows what you need and it is the part of you to grow into. To become and embody.

In this '10 minutes of Magic' episode - we explore what 'embodying your highest self' actually means and why connecting with that part of yourself is important. 

Towards the end of the episode I give you 5 journaling prompts to work with that can really help you capture that part of yourself, learn from your highest self and understand yourself  and your soul even better.

As discussed in the episode, your highest self is constantly evolving as you grow. The growth work is never done and that is the most beautiful part of this work. Whenever you need/feel you want to connect back to your higher self.
