The affirmations we will be repeating welcome gratitude and love into our hearts for the day that we experienced. They also help to calm our minds and our subconscious mind so we are ready to have a peaceful, healing sleep.

This episode is great to listen to as a meditation or even while you are falling asleep. However, you can also listen to this episode while you are getting ready for bed or have it playing in the background.
