Dr. Dyona and Dr. Jo, best known as The Mental Health Sistas, currently live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Yes, they are also biological sisters! Dr. Dyona is the oldest, Dr. Jo is the youngest, and they also have a brother. Dr. Dyona described herself as naturally maternal and nurturing.  Dr. Jo shared that in the world we currently live in - she sometimes worry about bringing children here. The Mental Health Sistas are currently childfree and are both open to what the future holds. Drs. Dyona and Jo share their thoughts and feelings about being childfree and the possibility of motherhood, how being childfree, unwed and older is viewed in Caribbean culture, and as licensed psychologists - how they would counsel sistahs who are being pressured to have children.
