Episode 153: Get Your Mind and Business Pointed in the Right Direction

Episode 153: Get Your Mind and Business Pointed in the Right Direction

Author: Kristin Morrison | Pet Business Coach | Pet Sitting, Dog Walking and Dog Training Business Tips November 12, 2024 Duration: 0:00

Tonya has owned her pet sitting, dog boarding and dog walking business for over 10 years.

She’s struggling with the pet industry competition in her area, especially the large amount of Rover pet sitters, hobby and neighborhood dog walkers and pet care providers.

Tonya is understandably feeling confused and upset because the people reaching out to her for pet services lately aren’t willing to pay her professional pet sitter prices. They seem interested at first but then when she quotes her rate, they often don’t want to schedule services.

This is causing Tonya to feel unsure about what to do to get clients. She doesn’t want to lower her rates; ideally, she wants to attract the right clients willing to pay her rates. She’s stuck and needs help!
