In this episode, I'm talking about -Chasing lab numbers instead of getting in tune with your body and how you feel.

Ladies, collectively speaking we are so out of touch with ourselves … this gets to shift.

Are you hyper focused on fixing yourself through a lab that you lost touch with yourself and how you want to feel and be? Or are you enjoying your life and keeping things simple

Basically replace things that make you suffer with things that make you feel genuinely good. It's only complicated if you aren't attuned to yourself to know which is which.
