In this episode, I shared my personal eczema story, from start to finish and how I recovered. My youngest son, also had it and I shared a bit about that too.

Ultimately, eczema can have several roots that need to be addressed for a complete recovery. I talk about how topicals are not the real answer and what it can take to get rid of it once and for all.

At the end of my episode I shared a couple ways you can get help if you want -one of those is helping to heal up your gut using my favorite probiotic Mega SporeBiotic. Learn more about that here; https://divine-health-from-the-inside-out.myshopify.com/products/mega-sporebiotics

There’s a quiet intelligence in your body that knows how to heal, if you remember how to listen. Rewilded Wellness is a conversation about returning to that conversation-the one between you and the natural world that shaped our biology. Host Lydia Joy guides these explorations, moving beyond generic advice to examine personalized, nature-inspired approaches to well-being. Episodes weave together functional nutrition, mindful movement, and mental resilience practices, all through the lens of our inherent connection to the environment. You’ll hear discussions on how seasonal eating aligns with our internal rhythms, why physical movement is more than just exercise, and ways to cultivate a mindset that supports sustainable health. This isn’t about adding more complexity to your life; it’s about stripping back the noise to access the foundational wisdom we all carry. The podcast operates on the core idea that vibrant health is an active partnership with the wildness within and around us. Tune in for grounded, thoughtful dialogues that reframe healing not as a destination, but as a daily practice of realignment and trust in your own capacity.
