In this episode: I talk more about the energy it takes to have good digestion and why that even matters (most of us take it for granted). Digestive and bowel problems and even ‘diagnosises’ of gut problems such as celiac are now becoming the most common health complaints in the world. This is correctible but not with ALLOPATHIC - time, simple and natural methods that address the roots can be miraculous (a miracle is just a shift in perspective FIRST-that shift in perception changes everything. This is why I’m here sharing with you-to help shift your perspective on what is possible for you in your health and life that isn’t currently being taught in the mainstream/ or allopathic health system.
