Employee retention refers to an organization’s ability to keep its employees engaged and committed over a long period. It involves strategies and practices aimed at reducing turnover and maintaining a stable workforce. Key aspects include creating a positive work environment, providing development opportunities, and recognizing employee contributions. High employee retention is crucial for organizational stability. Productivity, and overall success, as it helps maintain a skilled workforce and reduces recruitment costs.

Employee retention is top priority. First employees will join in to the organization. Then customers will come by maintaining the relations with them and giving services will prioritize to stay if we maintain the quality, quantity, respect, ambience will play vital role for growth and prosperity. Goodwill generate slowly by creating trust among the people towards products and services rendered. It is not one day affair. It needs lot of effort and sacrifice plays key role while dedicating and determining to focus more on our activities. Training is a continuous process. If we maintain standards staff should be trained at all times on all occasions in each event keeps an eye by applying our brain makes sense and gives meaning. Meaningful exercise gives meaningful results. Timely action keeps to stay longer period. Longviety is the process one has to understand and follow accordingly. Organization’s growth depends on employees attitude and performance. If they prove success comes in the form of recognition. It plays vital role for any organization irrespective of its size, nature, activity. Goal setting is an important issue to grow and sustain in business activities. Set a goal and accomplish it. Your effort should be higher than your goal then only things will happen in reality. Setting an example to others is like another side of a coin. Set your own principles. Draw the line to follow discipline, dedication, determination, willpower keeps an employee to stay longer. Safety is the top most priority. Honesty gives clarity. It also gives ability to prove and perform. Performance is key for everything. Rest will automatically follow like asset protection, customer relationship, charitable donations and corporate responsibility and accountability. Try to give an extra in your own way what you feel to fit makes an impact on us and others as well. It shows an extra leverage. It keeps the people to retain whether an employee or customer for that matter. Retention is the criteria. It gives pleasure and satisfaction. It fulfills everything. It makes the organization towards success path. Success is a journey not the destination. Successful people think differently act efficiently. Effectiveness is key for everything.
