This week, Chris Hare shares with us how he and his team are working to solve a 180 year old problem with waste tires and make them into valuable commodities.

In this episode you will learn:

  • How important it is to maintain a dialogue with your shareholders that is thoughtful and consistent.
  • Learning how to delegate as you move from an individual contributor to someone in a leadership role and the issues that you can create if you take the task back.
  • Remembering that feedback is personal.  Be cognizant of how you are delivering it.
  • Knowing that it can be challenging to slow down with a new audience especially when you are presenting it at the White House.

24 Hour Challenge:

Chris challenges you to think about your journey, resume and mission statement.  If you were on a bus and someone asked you what you do, take ten words that describe you.
