119 // Healthy Eating Feels Expensive Until You Compare It to the Alternative

Healthy eating feels expensive. But expensive compared to what? That's the question at the heart of this episode — because most of us have been doing the math wrong. We compare the cost of real food to the cost of cheap food and stop there. We don't add in what the cheap food is costing us in how we feel, how we function, and what we end up spending reactively when things start to break down.
