This year, 2026, is going to be a year in which we look at self-care - what it is, how the human bodymind flourishes, and how the experience of being aligns more closely to the truth of being.

This month, we’re introducing the five variables that we're going to explore with extra focus throughout this year. These variables relate to all areas of life, from physical and mental health, to our partners, family, friends, community, our finances, work and creativity. These five variables are the self, flow, the balance of input and output, intelligence and love. Listen in to find out more about each of them!
