Friday brings the real action — 1 to 3 inches of snow likely, with highs climbing to 11 degrees. Southcentral starts at minus 5 under clear skies. Wind chills near minus 18 early. Clouds move in by mid-morning. And snow's possible after 9 A.M. You'll hit 17 degrees today. Friday looks snowier — 70 percent chance with 1 to 2 inches and highs jumping to 29 degrees.
