    1. Everyone can have the IT FACTOR - energy and charisma - through intentional transformation. It's aligning physical, mental, and relational selves.
    2. 65% of your communication comes from nonverbal behaviors.
    3. The relationship you have with yourself is the relationship you're going to have with everybody else.
    4. We have a choice everyday to transform or stay the same.
    5. Neuroplasticity is the ability we all have to rewire the brain and CHANGE.
    6. 3/4 of the population will experience imposter syndrome and/or limiting beliefs at some point.
    7. We know more than we think we do and have to trust our intuition.
    8. There is no right or wrong way to journal. Check out my interview on the Journal with Jenny podcast about my journaling practice.
    9. Failure is only the enemy if you don't learn the lesson.
    10. We end up where we're supposed to be.
    11. We should always stay curious and want to learn and grow.
